I started this case study by first addressing a problem before considering an opportunity, as I believe this is the direct route to providing value to users. My first task was to find data on the Lydia app and see if there was a particular problem that users encountered in sufficient volume to justify a solution.

Following my research, I decided not to address a problem for several reasons:
